Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST.

Processing is 1-2 business days. Items are shipped out within 1-3 business days from processing time.  Once items are shipped (after receiving notification with the tracking number) the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the items. No orders will be processed during holidays or weekends.  If an order is placed during holidays the order will be processed on the next open business day.

If items are not received within 7 days of tracking, please contact the carrier with the number provided.  Packages such as customs or postal delays may be faced with delays beyond our control.
